Most impact drivers are rated in inch/lbs of torque. How do I convert that to ft/lbs?
Simply divide the inch/lbs by 12. Conversely you can change ft/lbs to inch/lbs by multiplying by 12.

No. This is way outside of what an impact driver is designed to do. You would be sadly disappointed for this use. Stick to a drill for this one.

I've never seen anything officially on this one, but I can say I've seen a ton of responses from folks that use them for this purpose and they say it works very well.
