Long one of my favorite brands of tools, I always love reviewing Milwaukee tools. They are one of the cornerstones of the tool industry. With a well-deserved reputation for very high quality tools you will never go wrong adding this brand of tool to the short list.

There is much too like here, so let's get started with the very compact brushless motor. This little wonder pumps out 1600 inch/lbs of torque and incorporates Milwaukee's REDLINK™ electronics to serve as advanced overload protection and monitors temperature to shut the tool down if it overheats before damage is done.

It does have an LED light to light up the workspace and a good in hand feel and balance.

Compared to quite a few other impact drivers, this one kicks it up notch in the power department, probably enough to use on lug nuts if necessary. (although I don't recommend any brand of impact driver to do this on a consistent basis. That is better left to an impact wrench)

You won't be disappointed with the Milwaukee M18 2850-20 impact driver. The quality of build is there, plenty of power and reliability and good ergonomics. Top notch!
