DeWalt has quite a following of devoted users. They have the reputation for quality and this tool appears to carry the tradition nicely.

It is one of the more powerful impact drivers available, coming in at 2,000 inch/lbs of torque. That is pretty serious muscle and should be able to do just about anything you ask of it.

A nice touch is that it has 3 LED lights on the front around the chuck which stay on for 20 seconds after releasing the trigger. Very handy indeed!

It has a brushless motor, so you should get good reliability and efficient use of battery power.

Extra long screws and lag bolts drive in with ease. Fortunately it has 3 selectable speeds to help keep from driving screws to deep.

Another really nice feature is the compact size. Great for getting into tight spaces without sacrificing power.
